■【Zero-Ten】Producer/Director/Planner

Job Description Our creative field is broadly divided into two categories: 'Event Planning & Production' and 'Video Planning & Production.' While projects often span across these two areas, you will be responsible for client negotiations, project planning, and project management.
  • - 'Producer': overseeing the entire project
  • - 'Director': responsible for creative control and specific production processes
  • - 'Planner': skilled in planning and research
While there are several roles, we expect contributions to teams based on individual skills and characteristics, with the ability to cross multiple roles.
  • - Proposal development, sales activities, and project management for client work
  • - Business planning, business plan formulation, and business promotion for in-house projects (including new ventures)
  • - Collaborative project management with investment partners, affiliated companies, and partner companies.
Qualifications Practical experience of 3 years or more in line with the above job description (or equivalent skills)
  • - A spirit of challenge and a desire for self-improvement
  • - Good listening skills and the ability to empathize with the issues of others
  • - Those who want to enrich, make more interesting, and advance the city of Fukuoka
  • - (Preferred): Experience in launching new ventures
  • - (Preferred): English skills (Business English proficiency is a plus)

Employment Type Full-time employee (6-month probationary period)
Work Location Headquarters (8-13 Gion-cho, Hakata-ku, Fukuoka City, Fukuoka)
Work Hours 10:00 - 19:00
Salary 300,000 - 800,000 yen/monthly *Determined upon discussion based on experience, ability, and other factors.
Includes fixed overtime pay (70,100-187,100 yen/month for 40 hours).
