Zero-Ten Corporation (headquartered in Fukuoka City, Fukuoka Prefecture; Jiro Enomoto, President; hereinafter “the Company”), a creative group that engages in comprehensive production with the mission of “making the city more interesting through the power of art and entertainment,” will open a culture-oriented complex that combines food and entertainment. The three-story building will open on December 1, 2022 (Thursday) in Hakata Ward, Fukuoka City. The building will feature a theater where visitors can enjoy a meal and immerse themselves in the world of the show “THE BOX,” the coolest nightspot in New York City, which is making its first appearance in Japan. The complex also houses award winning restaurants and bars featuring famous chefs and bartenders. Through the fusion of world-class art, entertainment, food, and cocktails, we aim to create a new culture in the city of Fukuoka by offering a new experience unknown in Japan.

Facility Concept

010 BUILDING is located between Hakata and Tenjin, two areas that make up the heart of the Fukuoka metropolitan area, and is adjacent to Canal City Hakata, a large-scale commercial facility that attracts 16 million visitors 1 annually, *1 The area is expected to develop further in the future. In addition, based on the concept of “Riverfront NEXT, “ *2 a project by Fukuoka City that promotes urban development by opening up toward the river at Naka River in the city center, we believe that this project will create a bustling atmosphere along the river by becoming a base where economic activities are born and contribute to improving the circulation of people in the city center.
The keywords are global x local (Fukuoka). The concept is to create a new culture by collaborating across national and cultural boundaries to offer experiences that can only be experienced here, and to make Fukuoka a more interesting city. We will bring together our unique network and experience to organize a variety of events and projects that will make art and entertainment more commonplace.

Immersive Theater「THEATER 010(Theater Zero Ten)」

At THEATER 010, an immersive theater on the 2nd floor, we have collaborated with Outside The Box Amusement (OTBA), a world-class creative team behind the immersive theater club “THE BOX,” which has been the talk of the town in New York and London. You can enjoy a world-class show while dining. This will be the first show produced by OTBA in Japan and the only one in Asia. Unlike conventional theater, this special experience, which can only be experienced by those who come to the restaurant, is called “immersive theater,” and started in London in the 2000s. Through a production that stimulates all five senses, the audience is deeply immersed in the world of the show.

Food / Drink

Other food and cocktail outlets will be supervised by globally acclaimed chefs and bartenders. A dining restaurant with a spacious open-air terrace on the first floor and a fine dining restaurant on the third floor will be opened by internationally acclaimed chefs.
